My passion is to get women feeling UNSTOPPABLE, with more energy, better digestion and less stress (without restriction or fad diets).

Not too long ago, I thought that I was going to be stuck with my belly discomfort and digestive issues  for life. 

I was stressed, burnt-out, and spending way more time in the bathroom than I would like to admit.  Getting through an afternoon at work required an extra coffee, I was ADDICTED to sugar, I was bloated to the point that exercising even felt uncomfortable.  All I wanted was the energy to be productive after a day of work, and not to feel anxious that I would have to run to the bathroom halfway through my exercise class. Can you relate?

I finally decided that enough was enough when my digestive issues began to interfere with my social and work life. Planning out my bathroom escapes and feeling sluggish and anxious at the same time had to come to an end. I just wanted to feel BETTER.

This is when I turned to Holistic Nutrition.  On paper, my diet didn't look so bad, but there were some huge puzzle pieces missing! I don't believe in diets or restriction, and I truly believe that everything can fit into a healthy lifestyle. Small daily actions add up, and this is what I found in my own healing journey.

Once I focused on digestion foundations, ditched some habits that were no longer serving me, understood how stress, stress management and sleep played into it all, I started to notice a huge shift. 

This is why it's my calling to help burnt-out women like you, get to the root of your digestive issues, and to not feel restricted while doing it!  I want to help you with the abdominal gas, bloating, indigestion, acid reflux, low energy, fatigue, constipation, diarrhea and nausea because I WISH I had this help when I was going through it myself!

Nutrition is not a one-size fits all kind of thing. I work with my clients for a minimum of 6-weeks so we can dig deeper, getting to the root of your health concerns. With this package, you’ll get

  • Initial assessment (1 hour video chat) where we go through your health history and goals

  • Customized health plan including meal plans/recipe bundle, lifestyle recommendations, and supplementation (if appropriate)

  • 60 minute protocol delivery (video chat)

  • 3x 30min follow-up video chats where we can monitor progress and proceed to those next steps

  • Access to my client management platform for food, mood & poop tracking (depending on your goals)

    This is available to clients who have completed 6 or 12-week programs to give you ongoing support and accountability! In these appointments we will review progress, set some new goals, new recipes, directions and guidance. These appointment are scheduled every 6-8 weeks and include a 30-45 minute video chat.

    Lunch and learn events for you and your employees (or students). Workplace wellness initiatives can help decrease stress and increase productivity in the workplace. Nutrition is a fundamental aspect of wellness, and I am passionate about educating your emplayees on all aspects of nutrition.
