      <image:caption>I bet a few of you are checking out this weird looking blob and wondering what the heck it is and what its doing! That, my friends is a SCOBY. A symbiotic colony of bacteria, and it is responsible for creating the fizzy ferment that is KOMBUCHA! This SCOBY is effectively putting the BOOCH in KOMBUCHA! There may be a few of you that haven’t heard about kombucha and that is A-ok! I could talk about it for ages! For many it’s a beautiful hidden probiotic gem! I often recommend sipping on kombucha for digestive health, as it is rich in probiotics, live enzymes, antioxidants, and possesses antimicrobial effects [1]. Kombucha has been consumed for hundreds of years. It is a fermented sweet tea that is either green, oolong or black tea based. I love using green tea, because then you get all of the amazing benefits of green tea in there also (check out my blog post on matcha)!</image:caption>

      <image:caption>My passion is to get women feeling UNSTOPPABLE, with more energy, better digestion and less stress (without restriction or fad diets). Not too long ago, I thought that I was going to be stuck with my belly discomfort and digestive issues  for life.  I was stressed, burnt-out, and spending way more time in the bathroom than I would like to admit.  Getting through an afternoon at work required an extra coffee, I was ADDICTED to sugar, I was bloated to the point that exercising even felt uncomfortable.  All I wanted was the energy to be productive after a day of work, and not to feel anxious that I would have to run to the bathroom halfway through my exercise class. Can you relate? I finally decided that enough was enough when my digestive issues began to interfere with my social and work life. Planning out my bathroom escapes and feeling sluggish and anxious at the same time had to come to an end. I just wanted to feel BETTER. This is when I turned to Holistic Nutrition.  On paper, my diet didn't look so bad, but there were some huge puzzle pieces missing! I don't believe in diets or restriction, and I truly believe that everything can fit into a healthy lifestyle. Small daily actions add up, and this is what I found in my own healing journey. Once I focused on digestion foundations, ditched some habits that were no longer serving me, understood how stress, stress management and sleep played into it all, I started to notice a huge shift.  This is why it's my calling to help burnt-out women like you, get to the root of your digestive issues, and to not feel restricted while doing it!       <image:caption>My passion is to get women feeling UNSTOPPABLE, with more energy, better digestion and less stress (without restriction or fad diets). Not too long ago, I thought that I was going to be stuck with my belly discomfort and digestive issues  for life.  I was stressed, burnt-out, and spending way more time in the bathroom than I would like to admit.  Getting through an afternoon at work required an extra coffee, I was ADDICTED to sugar, I was bloated to the point that exercising even felt uncomfortable.  All I wanted was the energy to be productive after a day of work, and not to feel anxious that I would have to run to the bathroom halfway through my exercise class. Can you relate? I finally decided that enough was enough when my digestive issues began to interfere with my social and work life. Planning out my bathroom escapes and feeling sluggish and anxious at the same time had to come to an end. I just wanted to feel BETTER. This is when I turned to Holistic Nutrition.  On paper, my diet didn't look so bad, but there were some huge puzzle pieces missing! I don't believe in diets or restriction, and I truly believe that everything can fit into a healthy lifestyle. Small daily actions add up, and this is what I found in my own healing journey. Once I focused on digestion foundations, ditched some habits that were no longer serving me, understood how stress, stress management and sleep played into it all, I started to notice a huge shift.  This is why it's my calling to help burnt-out women like you, get to the root of your digestive issues, and to not feel restricted while doing it!  I want to help you with the abdominal gas, bloating, indigestion, acid reflux, low energy, fatigue, constipation, diarrhea and nausea because I WISH I had this help when I was going through it myself!
